After pretreatment, drying is an important process to remove excess moisture before the powder coating is applied. Our dryers and curing ovens are energy efficient and provide consistent temperatures for perfect results.

Dryers: These systems remove residual moisture after pretreatment, which ensures optimal adhesion of the powder. Our dryers are available both as continuous systems for larger production lines and as booth solutions for smaller productions.

Convection ovens: The workpiece is dried efficiently and gently thanks to even heat distribution.

Infrared dryers: These enable particularly fast and energy-efficient drying through targeted heat radiation.

Curing ovens: Our ovens have been specially developed for the curing process of powder coating. They ensure that the powder melts evenly and a durable, resistant surface is created.

High-temperature curing ovens: Ideal for large production volumes that require a constant curing temperature.

Hybrid ovens: This combination of convection and infrared offers maximum efficiency and faster curing of the powder.
