Pre-treatment system

Pretreatment is a crucial step for the quality of the powder coating. Our pretreatment systems ensure thorough cleaning and pretreatment of the surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Spray pretreatment: These systems clean and prepare the workpiece using spray nozzles. They are particularly suitable for larger workpieces or series production.

Dip pretreatment: The dip method is used for complex or irregularly shaped parts to ensure that all surfaces are thoroughly treated.

Chemical pretreatment: We offer various chemical cleaning and passivation solutions that prevent corrosion and improve the adhesion of the powder.

Phosphating systems: Ideal for applications that require particularly high corrosion resistance. Phosphating creates a microscopically rough surface that allows the powder to adhere better.

Manual and automatic sandblasting systems: In cooperation with our experienced partners, we offer both manual and automatic sandblasting systems. These systems ensure thorough and efficient surface preparation by removing contaminants, rust and old coatings.
