The E-COAT+3 LAB series offers powder coating equipment for laboratory trials and portable sample coating applications. The units feature the electrical and pneumatic functions of the E-COAT+3 MASTER series. Four configurations support manual powder coating with a powder cup or inline injector, either in a carrying case or as a stationary desktop unit.

PORTABLE UNIT WITH POWDER CUP

The E-COAT+3 LAB BC is a portable powder coating unit for small sample coating trials on site. The E-GUN+3 LAB laboratory gun features a removable powder cup. Its easy-to-clean internal design facilitates trials with different colours. The integrated carrying case allows transport between locations.

DESKTOP UNIT WITH POWDER CUP

The E-COAT+3 LAB DC is designed for stationary powder coating of small samples in the laboratory. The E-GUN+3 LAB laboratory gun with a removable powder cup supports trials with different colours. A desktop mounting kit is included.

PORTABLE UNIT WITH INLINE INJECTOR

The E-COAT+3 LAB BI combines portable sample coating with powder feed from a sample pouch. The E-FEED+3 VI inline injector mounts beneath the E-GUN+3 C1 powder coating gun and can be easily removed for cleaning. Suitable accessories allow the portable unit to be expanded for larger coating trials.

DESKTOP UNIT WITH INLINE INJECTOR

The E-COAT+3 LAB DI is the stationary configuration for laboratory coating trials. Powder is drawn from a sample pouch through the E-FEED+3 VI inline injector. The equipment includes an E-GUN+3 C1 powder coating gun and a desktop mounting kit. Compatible powder hoppers and additional accessories extend its application possibilities.
