Powder Coating Devices

The E-SENSE+3 series provides part detection systems for automatic powder coating lines. Depending on the configuration, the system detects gaps, dimensions or contours of workpieces. The data enables gun control according to the workpiece requirements and helps reduce unnecessary powder discharge.

E-SENSE+3 BASIC – GAP DETECTION

Detects gaps between workpieces and controls the simultaneous switching of all automatic spray guns on and off.

E-SENSE+3 1D – VERTICAL PART DETECTION

Detects gaps and measures workpiece height. Guns that are not required are automatically switched off according to the detected height.

E-SENSE+3 2D – HEIGHT AND WIDTH DETECTION

Detects gaps and measures workpiece height and width. Unnecessary guns are switched off according to height. The spraying distance of all guns on each side of the booth is adjusted together according to workpiece width.

E-SENSE+3 3D – DYNAMIC CONTOUR DETECTION

Creates a digital surface map of the workpiece. Combined with a suitable axis system, the guns are positioned according to the detected contours, with their distances adjusted independently.
